Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a UMC Library membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the system.

Membership

Library membership is granted upon successful registration and payment. Memberships are valid for the selected duration (monthly or half-yearly) and must be renewed before expiry.

QR Code Usage

Your QR code is your access credential. Do not share your QR code with others. The library is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared QR codes.

Library Rules

Students must maintain decorum, return materials on time, and follow library staff instructions. Violation may result in membership suspension or expulsion.

Cancellation & Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable once paid. In case of duplicate payments, contact library administration for resolution.

Limitation of Liability

UMC Library is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this system.
